Poor hospitality.. Manager was very rude.. Poor quality food. Very expensive menu. Bad washrooms. Only 1 good thing the party gozibo. Barbequee was good but later on they charged per plate wise snack… Ask them to adjust the bill and the manager was like u give us zero rating we dont care.

The property is very good but Do Not book it via STAY VISTA. Their customer service is very unprofessional. There will be multiple people discussing different things, rates, setting wrong expectations try to squeeze more money. On the other hand I have been waiting for the invoices for a week now which I need for reimbursement since it was a office outing. Really UNPROFESSIONAL STAY VISTA. DO NOT BOOK VIA STAY VISTA.

This property has really really good feels, especially when we were there - the entire place was covered in fog, and when we were in the glass room (The best place in the property) it felt like sitting in the clouds! Great place if you come in groups as thre are multiple common areas to chill in.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a family trip. We really enjoyed being there and the stay was fabulous. This property is not very far from Chandigarh but the uphill road is not in very good state unlike other major hill stations so you better go on a SUV. Rest it's conveniently located on the way to Kasauli. Approx. 5 kms before Main Kasauli market. It's beautifully built and the staff is really courteous. You will not hear NO for anything and they make amazing home cooked food be it whatever. The only thing where I think there is a scope of improvement is Hygiene. Also last but not the least, the main attraction of the property is a sit out in the middle and you have a spectacular view at night from there.

Excellent decor, Lavishly furnished, very clean, warm and prompt service, home style food and very spacious. Two large sitting rooms make interaction a treat. The glass paneled Ghazibo provides gorgeous view and is a perfect place to chat with friends/family.
